Activity and Journal prompts:
Sit by a window with a view – any view will work
Look out – what do you See? Hear? Smell? Taste? Feel?
On a blank piece of paper, draw what you see when looking out of the window – no artistic skills required, just draw what you see… even if it is only one thing, take your time don’t rush add the details (use at least 10min)
Look out again, has your view changed since you started drawing?
How does your view from your window change throughout the day? Morning? Midday? Evening?
What influences these transformations?
